Training for Skill Development
Sarajean has facilitated skill-based trainings and workshops for nonprofit NGO professionals, volunteers, and government officials for most of her professional life. Since 2002, she has focused on services for Japan-based nonprofit NGO staff members and volunteers seeking to gain strategic advantage in their work.
In 2013, Sarajean will be teaching a course on NGO Management and Japanese nonprofits at Temple University Japan (TUJ). Want to know more? Contact TUJ directly about the workshops.
Sarajean’s has collaborated with a variety of organizations to design unique skills development programs aimed at the enhancement of performance and capacity. After assessing needs, capacity and know-how, trainings sessions are designed to match the development needs of the participant and the organization.

Training program for persons pursuing careers in international organizations.
